Reiki and Crystal Healing

• Reiki is a gentle healing technique which channels the ‘’Universal Life Force Energy’’ or ‘’Chi ‘ to balance the body's energy systems and to help clear energetic blocks and release emotional or physical imbalances.

• Heat, warmth or tingling may be felt as hands are either placed on the body, or hovering above as the energy flows through the practitioner, transmitting healing energy through the hands and into the client. It is very relaxing, often patients fall asleep!

• Crystal grids may be used underneath the massage table and / or placed on areas of the body to enhance this healing treatment.

• This gentle, nurturing treatment enhances the body’s natural healing ability and brings balance, harmony, and restoration to your body.
